If my project is color critical will hard copy proofs be available for review?
Yes, you may request a color proof for an additional fee.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround time and delivery schedule will depend on the size of your project,
project type and finishing. Rush fees apply for jobs required in less time than the
standard allowable time for a particular project.
Will I be informed if changes occur to my project and the delivery schedule?
Yes, absolutely! We keep you informed throughout the entire process and you
will be notified at once should something change.
What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards.
What kind of information do you need in order to provide an estimate?
You may send a PDF file if your artwork is already created. We’ll be happy to
review the file at no charge and provide an estimate accordingly. We’ll need
to know file type, size, finishing requirements, quantity, turnaround time and
Why kind of file types can we submit for output?
For print ready digital files, we can accept 300 dpi hi res PDF and EPS files.
Please be sure all fonts have been converted to curves or outlines and
images to CMYK. Please have crop marks in place and be sure to allow for
bleeds. We ask that you indicate your file type when submitting your
artwork. Should additional production or creative time be required to output
your project including revisions to artwork, file changes, color corrections,
image placement, modifications, layout, typesetting or any pre-press
production additional fees will apply. Please read estimates for details.
